How to Effect Changes without Blackmail or Manipulation.
The most difficult thing in organizational change is people. When they "don't want to change", different tools can be used - from top-down directive imposition of changes to cunning manipulative methods. But unfortunately, people cannot be changed by force - they can only change by themselves - so such methods do not help build cool teams.

In my presentation I will share my approach to effecting change (of any scale), which was born from the experience of transformations in various companies and teams, as well as from humanistic values and psychotherapeutic practice. It will be useful for managers, scrum masters and agile coaches who want to change the world for the better, but are often hampered by people's resistance.

In Search of a Second Breath, or How to ‘Restart’ a Team
Virtually anything would work again if you turn it off and on again.

I will talk about our restart practice, which my colleagues and I have been conducting for "discouraged" teams and have seen amazing results! Restart is an event for 1-3 full days that reboots the team: it helps create an atmosphere of trust, build team identity, and create agreements on the process. After the restart, the team has that very emotional resource needed to keep moving forward, as well as the necessary set of process "frameworks" to feel calm and confident.

A Leader's Cookbook: How to Cook a Team the Right Way
Failing to make awesome teams? You just don't know how to ‘cook’ them! The basic recipe is simple: Take 5-7 motivated professionals, add salt, pepper and an ambitious goal, stew over a slow fire of motivation for 2 weeks – pour the result on the product! However as soon as you start cooking, everything goes wrong - conflicts, distrust towards the leader, low motivation, poor results, staff turnover... What is the secret ingredient of the most close-knit and productive Agile teams? In this presentation, I will share the secrets of Agile-cookery: how to create a strong product team, set up communication and mutual support, and become a real Agile leader in your team
