Who do we work with?
People and companies who want to grow fully committed, autonomous teams and need help and knowledge along the way.
● facing issues with communication or lack of connection; ● dissatisfied with the current processes, delivery speed, or quality of their products/services; ● launching from scratch or having a reboot after some changes; ● launching a new product or project; ● willing to take a fresh look at their work, process, or product.
● willing to increase employees' engagement in their work; ● dissatisfied with the quality of communication within their teams; ● believing that employees can be more involved in decision making and looking to figure out how to make that happen; ● launching new/rebuilt teams and wishing to give them a good start/kick-off.
Managers and change agents

● Agile Fundamentals Training - two-day course in accordance with international ICAgile standard (ICP) + Scrum framework simulation ● Introduction to Kanban method workshop
Working with teams and changes: ● Corporate Training for Leaders ● Workshop on Feedback ● Workshop on visualizing a Kanban board for a team or service (S.T.A.T.I.K.)
Focused sessions where a product team becomes synchronized in their product vision, target audience and audience's needs, generating new product hypotheses and a plan for moving forward.
We tailor the format to meet the company's needs: for example, it could be filling Product Vision/Lean Canvas, organizing a design sprint, User Story Mapping, creating User Personas, or facilitating user interviews.
Product sessions are a great way to get a team (including developers) engaged in working on a product. You can learn more about this in our webinar "How to conduct a product session"
Team kickoffs and reboots
We conduct team sessions (including off-site team retreats) where team members get to know each other better, build trust, and agree on basic processes and operating rules.
This helps the team unite and solve problems more effectively along the way to their goals. This is relevant both for completely new teams, as well as for established teams going through a crisis or through a change.
Sasha, thank you and Zhenya for the training! Sooooo cool and useful, everyone is already eager to apply the knowledge in practice 😃.
Today the guys in one of the teams completely reinvented their approach to synchronization with the business, two of them facilitated a meeting, started with clear objectives, brainstormed and came up with great new ideas, and... they are thrilled with the quality of the results!

I liked Eugeniya's presentation at AgileDays about ‘restarting’ tired teams, and we decided to try and invite Eugeniya and Alexandra to join us, because we were having a turmoil with two teams at the time.
Some of the people on those teams were skeptical, but were willing to try.
The result exceeded our expectations. Eugenyia and Alexandra did some deep work with the teams, helped sort out some of the big problems, and opened our eyes to some serious communication gaps.
They wouldn't answer a question with a question, but instead try to dig into our challenges and nuances, really delve into the problem, never offering answers off the shelf. They honestly admit if they can't help you right away and come back later with an option after searching for a solution.
We will definitely continue working with them; they have set the most exemplary example of coaching in the best possible sense.

Thanks to Sasha and Zhenya for the facilitation training! We had many participants from all kinds of teams, from development to sales, and everyone found something useful and necessary for themselves. We divided the training process into four parts of four hours each, which made it possible to fit the training into the work process and apply the skills immediately. Now developers take turns conducting sprint reviews, and it gets really cool and dynamic! Sales and client support managers incorporate elements of facilitation into challenging negotiations and achieve great results! The main thing is to follow Sasha and Zhenya's recommendations.

The training course is excellent: comprehensive, concise, and fully hands-on. Many of the tools are easy enough to use so that we can start applying them right away. Our sore point was large meetings - when many people spend several hours trying to come to an agreement. Such events are very costly for the company, but our horizontal structure makes it impossible to avoid them. At such meetings, it has always been a challenge to keep everyone's attention and maintain the effectiveness of the conversation. We designed the last of these meetings using the tools from the training course. It turned out really awesome compared to our previous experiences - a coherent dialogue, a different quality of solutions (we had a few very interesting insights), good timing. We will definitely keep applying the knowledge we have acquired during the training course; the benefits are obvious.

As a novice, I had a lot of worries. After the workshop I have new tools in my toolbox and confidence that everything will work out for sure. All the information was structured, there was a lot of practice and no idle talks.
I would like to express my gratitude for the mentoring, because we were given not only tips on what to do today, but also advice on how to cope with a situation from the previous day in a better way. It was a fascinating journey into the world of facilitation.
About the workshop on facilitation and mentoring support

I frequently attend various workshops and meetups in our city, and it's quite difficult to surprise me with something. But after Sasha's and Zhenya's first workshop I started specifically following their events.
Each time I am pleasantly surprised by the organization quality of the meetings, the relevance of the content and depth of its delivery, as well as the pleasant, positive and friendly atmosphere.

Today I had a new experience: I conducted a team retrospective with business representatives whom I met for the first time.
A little less anxiety, a little more responsibility, a little less self-deprecation for something that I can only influence indirectly.
Thanks to Sasha and Zhenya!
