Our flagship training program offers training in effective meeting facilitation in accordance with the international ICAgile standard (ICP - ATF).

Agile/Scrum/Kanban basics:

Product Sessions
Focused sessions where a product team becomes synchronized in their product vision, target audience and audience's needs, generating new product hypotheses and a plan for moving forward.

We tailor the format to meet the company's needs: for example, it could be filling Product Vision/Lean Canvas, organizing a design sprint, User Story Mapping, creating User Personas, or facilitating user interviews.

Team kickoffs and reboots
We conduct team sessions (including off-site team retreats) where team members get to know each other better, build trust, and agree on basic processes and operating rules.

This helps the team unite and solve problems more effectively along the way to their goals. This is relevant both for completely new teams, as well as for established teams going through a crisis or through a change.
