I want to thank the Co-Actors team and personally our facilitator Tanya for facilitating our session.

We needed to agree on new processes after an internal reorganization, and despite not the easiest task, we managed to do even more within the session than we had planned.

Tanya was able to guide us and focus us on the main tasks, while remaining in the shadows and not interfering in the discussion process, which for me is one of the most important qualities of a good facilitator. Thank you very much for the work done!

Today the guys in one of the teams completely reinvented their approach to synchronization with the business, two of them facilitated a meeting, started with clear objectives, brainstormed and came up with great new ideas, and... they are thrilled with the quality of the results!

I liked Eugeniya's presentation at AgileDays about ‘restarting’ tired teams, and we decided to try and invite Eugeniya and Alexandra to join us, because we were having a turmoil with two teams at the time.


Some of the people on those teams were skeptical, but were willing to try.

The result exceeded our expectations. Eugenyia and Alexandra did some deep work with the teams, helped sort out some of the big problems, and opened our eyes to some serious communication gaps.

They wouldn't answer a question with a question, but instead try to dig into our challenges and nuances, really delve into the problem, never offering answers off the shelf. They honestly admit if they can't help you right away and come back later with an option after searching for a solution.

We will definitely continue working with them; they have set the most exemplary example of coaching in the best possible sense.

Thanks to Sasha and Zhenya for the facilitation training! We had many participants from all kinds of teams, from development to sales, and everyone found something useful and necessary for themselves. We divided the training process into four parts of four hours each, which made it possible to fit the training into the work process and apply the skills immediately. Now developers take turns conducting sprint reviews, and it gets really cool and dynamic! Sales and client support managers incorporate elements of facilitation into challenging negotiations and achieve great results! The main thing is to follow Sasha and Zhenya's recommendations.

The training course is excellent: comprehensive, concise, and fully hands-on. Many of the tools are easy enough to use so that we can start applying them right away.
Our sore point was large meetings - when many people spend several hours trying to come to an agreement. Such events are very costly for the company, but our horizontal structure makes it impossible to avoid them. At such meetings, it has always been a challenge to keep everyone's attention and maintain the effectiveness of the conversation. We designed the last of these meetings using the tools from the training course. It turned out really awesome compared to our previous experiences - a coherent dialogue, a different quality of solutions (we had a few very interesting insights), good timing.
We will definitely keep applying the knowledge we have acquired during the training course; the benefits are obvious.

As a novice, I had a lot of worries. After the workshop I have new tools in my toolbox and confidence that everything will work out for sure. All the information was structured, there was a lot of practice and no idle talks.

I would like to express my gratitude for the mentoring, because we were given not only tips on what to do today, but also advice on how to cope with a situation from the previous day in a better way. It was a fascinating journey into the world of facilitation.
